Tasting Notes: This cava has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. Fine and persistent bubble, forming a good crown. The nose presents a fine rosé, typical of a cellar of prolonged aging, with elegant and complex shades of reduction. The palate is very balanced, powerful and elegant.
