From the Arandas region (Highlands of Jalisco), Clase Azul is made with the highest quality of Highland agave slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for 72 hours, fermented with a proprietor yeast, and double distilled in pot stills. A fruity nose with complex vanillas, toffee and light oak leads to a silky, rich full-bodied tequila that begins with sweet notes of roasted tropical fruits, caramel, and cooked agave. A smooth finish of rich spice, caramel, powdered sugar and a cedar fade.
