Pale yellow-green with silver reflections. The nose marries delicate aromas of peach, apricot and tropical fruit with a distinct stoniness. There is a creaminess on the palate that is beautifully balanced by an underlying minerality and crisp acidity. Juicy white stone fruit flavours carry through to the long, elegant finish.
