The Grand Seiko Heritage Collection SBGP017 is a limited edition model to commemorate the 55th anniversary of the "44GS" design principle of Grand Seiko since 1967, the nine principles that the company uses distinctively for future designs and creations, which are usually referred to as the "Grand Seiko Style".

To mark this very special occasion, a stunningly crafted dial texture inspired by the sea of clouds has been used, it imitates the scene that appears in the sky around the mountains and high grounds surrounding the morning of the Shinshu area.

The SBGP017 is powered by an improved version of Caliber 9F85, which can achieve an accuracy of 5 to -5 seconds a year,  and this stunning precision was symbolized by the Golden star marking on the dial near the 6 o'clock position.

Only 2,000 pieces of SBGP017 are available to the market, here we go!
