This beautiful, handcrafted pendant features a quartz crystal point, lovingly wrapped in rich coils and weaves of Sterling silver wire with two sparkling Herkimer diamonds, set in Sterling silver bead caps. The wire was oxidized and hand-polished to an aged finish. The entire pendant measures 53x22x19mm (2.1" x 0.9" x 0.7") and comes suspended on your choice of Sterling silver chain. Herkimer diamonds are double-terminated (pointy at both ends) quartz crystal found in exposed outcrops of dolostone in and around Herkimer County, New York and the Mohawk River Valley. While such double-terminated crystals may also be found in other parts of the world, crystals originating in New York are known for their extreme clarity.
