Crafted by Dr. Jack Ó’Sé, Whiskey Maker. The infamous Irish whiskey master inspired by the Sailor’s Home legacy and drawing on influences from his 40 year making voyage through tradition into possibility.

THE JOURNEY

Aging Irish whiskey first in Virgin American oak, then recasking into American Bourbon barrels. Bringing this together with malt Irish whiskey matured in American Bourbon and finished in Jamaican Rum casks, adding tropical fruits and rum notes.

NOSE: Butterscotch, toasted oak, dark rum notes.

TASTE: Sticky toffee, rum roundness perfectly balanced with malt depth.

FINISH: Ripe banana, molasses & vanilla.
