Appellation: Salento

A blend consisting predominantly Chardonnay with native white grape varieties.

Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The San Marzano Edda Bianco has an elegant medium-bodied peach scented nose laced with apple and white blossom. On the palate, slight notes of buttery toast is wound around a stonefruit and tropical influenced core.
