Vintage F.A. Chatta Black Velvet Jacket in really wonderful vintage condition. Beautiful and soft as butter velvet v-neck jacket with front flap pockets and two black buttons at waist. Union made in USA. Marked size 10. Fits size M best. Satin lined. Dry clean only. No material tag, likely a blended silk and rayon fabric.
